Day One

Bet you were thinking, “wow… she’s already behind….” but come on, life comes first and I’m not always on my computer!

Picture- Day one: Sunshine!
Workout- Day one: 50 squats, 5 push ups and 25 leg lifts. Which also included a 5 mile bike ride with my little brother!
